This first program will start when all the Founders positions have been filled.

The program is a simple Pay-It-Forward concept.

1. Each month every partner puts in $20.00.

2. Those that contribute can then put in their request for a grant.

3. These contributing partners will then vote on the grants presented to receive the funds available.

4. Then the funds are distributed.
